Frequently Asked Questions

Can part of the family go sightseeing while others rest?

Yes, and the itinerary is built around it. On days like the Kandy programme, some of the group can visit the temple and gardens while others stay at the hotel with a companion. Tell us at planning stage and we’ll arrange the vehicle and guide accordingly.

Do we need to book connecting or companion rooms?

We can arrange companion-room configurations at most properties. Let us know who needs to be next door to whom, and we’ll confirm the layout before you pay rather than hoping on arrival.

Is there space in the vehicle for a folding wheelchair and everyone's luggage?

That’s exactly what we size the vehicle for. Give us the chair’s folded dimensions and your group size and we’ll confirm the vehicle class in writing.

Will grandchildren be bored?

There’s a two-night beach stay, a river boat safari and the turtle conservation centre, which tend to work well across ages. The cultural days are short by design, so nobody — young or old — is out for a full day.

Do we stay in Colombo on the last night?

No. The final night is on the beach at Bentota or Ahungalla, and Colombo is a drive-through on departure day with an optional city tour and shopping stop. If you’d prefer a Colombo hotel night before flying, we can add it.
