Enjoy a restorative fourteen-day Sri Lankan holiday combining peaceful countryside, tea-country scenery, wellness and an extended beach-resort stay.
This itinerary uses only five accommodation regions, significantly reducing packing, hotel changes and transport fatigue. Cultural visits are optional and arranged according to the traveller’s comfort, energy and assistance requirements.
Welcome assistance at the airport, a short transfer, and a full evening of rest.

A complete recovery day with no compulsory sightseeing.

A late, unhurried departure to a countryside retreat outside Kandy.

A wellness day at the retreat with no compulsory cultural visit.

A late start, the temple, a lakeside drive, and back to the retreat to rest.
Important note: the temple can become crowded during ceremonies and religious holidays; a quieter visiting time should be selected where possible.

The highland drive with waterfall and tea stops, ending beside a fireplace.

A short scenic circuit of the town and lake, with the afternoon free.

The long road south to the coast, broken by several planned stops, then complete rest.
Important note: several comfort breaks and a vehicle with adequate legroom should be confirmed.

A complete rest day at the resort after the long transfer.
Important note: standard wheelchairs are generally unsuitable for loose beach sand unless a beach wheelchair or firm access route is available.

A private boat safari through the mangrove wetlands, shortened if preferred.
Important note: boat participation depends on the guest's ability to transfer safely, and any physical assistance must be agreed in advance.

A short conservation visit and a local drive, then back to the resort.

Nothing scheduled, with optional wellness treatments available.

Either a short Galle Fort excursion or a final morning at the resort, then the drive to Colombo.

Optional final shopping, then an assisted departure.

Not unless your quotation says so. The itinerary builds in the time and the venue; the treatments themselves are priced separately so you only pay for what you actually want.
Four times in fourteen days. You unpack in Negombo for two nights, the Kandy countryside for three, Nuwara Eliya for two, the beach for five and Colombo for one.
Yes. Sessions are gentle and can be run seated or chair-supported. Tell the instructor what you can and can’t do and they’ll work within it.
It depends on the resort. Standard wheelchairs don’t work on loose sand, so we look for properties with a firm access path or a beach wheelchair, and we tell you honestly what each one offers before you book.
It’s five to six hours including breaks, and it’s the only long day on the tour. If that’s too much, we can add an overnight en route — talk to us and we’ll re-plan it.
