Reconnect through Ayurveda, peaceful tea country, forest retreats and quiet beaches on this fourteen-day relaxation journey.
Begin with a restful arrival stay before travelling to a countryside wellness resort near Kandy. Spend three nights enjoying yoga, meditation, spa treatments and selected cultural sightseeing.
Continue to Hatton for a peaceful tea-bungalow experience before travelling to Koslanda, where forest landscapes, waterfalls and resort relaxation provide a quieter mountain escape.
The second half of the journey is devoted mainly to the southern coast. Spend three nights near Rekawa or Tangalle and three nights in Bentota or Ahungalla, with Ayurveda, spa, lagoon, river and conservation experiences included according to guest preferences.
This programme is ideal for travellers seeking wellness and relaxation rather than intensive touring.

One wellness consultation and one Ayurveda or spa treatment, plus selected yoga or meditation sessions. The itinerary reserves time for more on several days; additional treatments are booked and paid for locally.
No. Medical Ayurveda programmes are explicitly excluded. This is a relaxation holiday with wellness woven through it, not a clinical course of treatment.
Possibly, but nesting is a natural process and can’t be guaranteed. The programme is run responsibly, which means red light only, keeping distance and no handling. If nothing comes ashore, you’ve still had an evening on an exceptional beach.
Forest rather than tea — waterfalls, canopy and very few other visitors. It’s a single night that breaks the long descent from the highlands to the coast, and Diyaluma Falls is close by.
Rekawa and Tangalle are secluded and quiet; Bentota and Ahungalla are livelier and closer to the river and conservation excursions. Splitting gives you both, and the transfer between them is about three hours.
